Q: Is the waiting area indoors or
outdoors?
A: Haunted
Hollow’s waiting line is outdoors, but there is some protection from
rain underneath the awning along the building at TOYOTA PARK.
Q: Do you have restrooms
available?
A: Yes, both
male and female restrooms are made available.
Please ask line security to escort you.
Q: Why can’t I use my discount coupon?
A: Haunted
Hollow does not accept coupons for admission on Saturday nights, or on
Halloween Night.
Q: I have a 7 year old child, is
this haunted house appropriate for him?
A: Haunted
Hollow is not recommended for children under 7 years of age. However, we
will allow any age child into Haunted Hollow at the discretion of the
parent or guardian. Children
under the age of 7 are not charged to enter Haunted Hollow.
Q: How many people can go in at
one time?
A: We allow a
maximum of 6 guests to enter Haunted Hollow at one time.
Groups larger than 6 people will be broken up at the discretion
of the staff and management.
Q: Will my kid get scared?
A: This is a
very common question and the most impossible question for us to answer.
It really depends on the child. Over the years, we have found that some
children get very scared, while some don't at all.
Haunted Hollow sends tour guides in with all of our groups.
Feel free to let them know if your child is getting too scared
and they will try to comfort and assist your child.
Q: Will the monsters touch us?
A: We follow
a strict policy of not touching any of our guests.
We expect the same behavior from our guests towards our actors.
Q: I'm going to bring my child, what
happens if they get too scared?
A: If the
child (or adult) gets too scared, we do have exits throughout Haunted
Hollow. Let your tour guide
know that you wish to leave, and they will escort you out as quickly as
possible.
Q: If we exit Haunted Hollow early
because my child (or adult) is too scared, can we get some money back?
A: No, all
ticket sales are final.
Q: Is this event wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes,
Haunted Hollow is designed to fit wheelchairs.
We always send security through with a wheelchair in case
additional assistance is necessary.
Q: Do you have strobe lights, loud
noises, or fog and is there any heath concern?
A: Yes, we do
have strobe lights, very loud noises and fog machines. These items have
been known to cause epileptic seizures.
If you have a medical condition that these effects might affect,
we do not recommend you enter Haunted Hollow.
Q: Will refreshments be available?
A: We do not
offer food or drinks onsite at Haunted Hollow.
Q: It says you close at 11pm/10pm. What
happens if we are in line after that time?
A: Anyone in
line at the posted closing time for the evening will be allowed to enter
Haunted Hollow. We place a person at the end of the line for people who
come after closing, and the ticket window will close promptly at the
posted closing time.
Q: How long has Haunted Hollow been
running during Halloween?
A: While this
is our first year at TOYOTA PARK, Haunted Hollow has been performing our
unique brand of audience participation theatre since 1978. TOYOTA PARK
is out 10th location
Q: I'm going to bring my child, what
happens if they get too scared?
A: If the
child (or adult) gets too scared, we do have exits throughout Haunted

What can you do about it?
A: Take
advantage of our R.I.P.
ticket. The
Right In
Pass allows you to
skip the long line and enter the haunted house through a designated fast
pass lane. The
Right
In Pass is only $3.00 per ticket!
Q: Will the monsters touch us?
A: We follow
a strict policy of not touching any of our guests.
We expect the same behavior from our guests towards our actors.
Q: Can I bring flashlights, glow
sticks, or other items so I can see better?
A: We do not
allow any flashlights, glow sticks or other luminaries inside Haunted
Hollow. You will be asked to
return them to your car or dispose of them.
Q: I want to bring my child’s
Soccer team, Scout Group, Birthday party through your Haunted House. Do
you offer group discounts?
A: Haunted
Hollow is pleased to help you make a memorable Halloween experience for

Q: Do you charge for parking?
A: There is
plenty of free parking available in the East Lot of Toyota Park.
Enter through Gate S2 on 71st Street, west of Harlem

Q: What is the music I heard while
touring Haunted Hollow?
A: Haunted
Hollow has a license to use music from Midnight Syndicate throughout the
Haunted House. More
